Please tell me where can I find more information about following

1) I can write basic wp theme easily. But I want to write complex themes like hybrid. Where can I get solid info related to this.

2) Information regarding development of advanced plugin development for wordpress == ? I can do basic stuff pretty well.

3) Can I publish child themes for your themes...
